We require a 50% down payment on all of our generic products & full payment of customized orders prior to us creating your pieces. Once we have received payment, we begin designing & creating with a customer satisfaction guarantee of having your order on its way to you within 3-5 business days.  

Large custom orders may require a slightly longer wait time depending on material requirements. This will always be made known to the customer prior to payment
