I require a 50% down payment on all of my generic products & full payment of customized orders prior to creating your pieces. Once payment has been received, I begin designing & creating with a customer satisfaction guarantee of having your order on its way to you within 7-10 business days.
Large custom orders may require a slightly longer wait time depending on material requirements. This will always be made known to the customer prior to payment
The base color options for all my wooden products are the stain choices featured in the picture below. As well as any choice of paint color. The secondary color options are any choice of paint color as well.
